STO Chain Global Corp. and Asian Corporation STO (collectively "STOC", "we", "us") operate the tokenized real-world asset platform. This policy explains how we handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and financial regulations.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, wallet address, KYC documents), information generated through your use of the platform (transaction history, device identifiers, IP address), and information from third-party identity verification partners.
Your data is used to: process token transactions and dividend payments; verify your identity for KYC/AML compliance under Vietnam STO Act 2024 and Singapore MAS guidelines; send service notifications and compliance updates; improve platform security and prevent fraud.
We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (executing token purchases and transfers); legal obligation (KYC/AML screening, tax reporting); legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform security); and consent (marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).
We share data with: licensed identity verification providers (Verichains, Sumsub); SPV administrators and legal counsel for asset transactions; regulatory authorities when required by law; and blockchain networks (data written on-chain is public and immutable by nature).
KYC and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to meet AML obligations. Marketing preferences and usage analytics are retained for 2 years or until consent is withdrawn.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. Note that some rights may be limited where data is required for legal compliance. Submit requests to privacy@stoc.finance.
We use essential cookies for session management, analytics cookies (with consent) to understand platform usage, and no third-party advertising cookies. You may manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, and regular third-party security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
